Peggy Peed
Retired Registered Nurse. Currently a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist and Bowen Therapist. I have 6 adult children, a wonderful husband, and 11 grandchildren. When I first heard about MLM and Bitter Roots I was so thankful — it gave me answers I had been looking for. So taking Basic 1 & 2 was very transforming. Being an intercessor for MLM is a privilege and an honor. Peggy has been an intercessor in sessions with clients; helped with training courses by standing in prayer, and sitting in small groups to guide new students. She partners in a new branch of MLM: Workshops presenting body, soul (mind, emotions & will) and spirit, and how the spiritual and physical blend to reveal the glory of God working in every cell in our bodies.
Andy & Kristie Sickler
Andy & Kristie Sickler serve as intercessors for Mountain Light Ministries Prayer Team.
Janie Loney
Janie is a mother, a caregiver, and lives in Canada. She is a Rehabilitation Practitioner, and Owner & Operator of Footprints. She has completed all of the training at Elijah House (Training Course 201 & 202); trained at Elijah House Prophet School; ministers inner healing in private life, teaches a Bible study, and disciples and mentors. Janie and Louise met at the Elijah House Prophetic School years ago, became friends, and have stayed in touch through the years. Janie has been committed to pray for MLM through the years, and is always available for godly counsel to Louise and the function of MLM.
Deborah Geyer
I was introduced to Louise Zevan and Mountain Light Ministries in January 2011. I was already somewhat familiar with the teachings of John & Paula Sandford and Elijah House Ministries, having visited my former home church in Newark, CA. I enrolled in and completed Levels 1 and 2 of Elijah House Training Schools for Prayer Ministry that same year, and have benefited from inner healing through prayer ministry sessions with Louise. I've been walking with the Lord since 1985, married to my husband Richard since 1982. We relocated to Sparks, Nevada in January 2007 and worship at Summit Christian Church in Sparks, where I serve on the leadership team for the Wednesday morning women's Bible study, am a women's LIFE! Group leader, and serve on the Communion Messages team. A career administrative professional, I am semi-retired and a member of the International Association of Administrative Professionals, currently Vice President of the Valley in the Sierras Chapter in Reno. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Studies (minor in Sociology) from California State University, Hayward.
Ken & Sherie Steege
We've known Louise and her MLM vision since our June Lake days (1992). We've stayed connected and she is like family. We have been blessed to see prayers answered, MLM blossom, and Louise grow so much in the love of the Lord. Ken & I have been blessed with 56 years of marriage, 5 children, and 11 great-grandchildren. In recent years we have been ministering in a convalescent home and local church activities. We were on the Board when MLM was spear-headed in California in 1992; MLM took a sabbatical for a few years and resurrected in Nevada in 2002 with a whole new emphasis. Ken & Sherie continued to support Louise in those 10 years with love, prayers, friendship, and encouragement — a major part of the concrete that holds the ministry together.
Linda Sitze
Linda has been married to Paul Sitze for 41 years and has 2 daughters and 3 grandchildren. Together they teach Faith Finders (ages K–4th grade) at Reno Vineyard Church with Pastor Tom Chism. They taught two Healing Past Hurts Women's Conferences in Guatemala in the '90s, and participated in healing training seminars in Costa Rica and Guatemala. Influenced by Elijah House ministry and John Wimber training in the late '80s, Linda completed training for Elijah House Schools (Basic 1 & 2) and decided to become an intercessor for MLM, sitting in on sessions to intercede and participating with the MLM Prayer Team.
Sheryll Reger
I first heard about Elijah House Ministries in January 2009 from one of my sisters, who was so changed by an intensive week with a prayer counselor at their headquarters in Spokane that I immediately made an appointment for myself. It was a life-changing week — nearly as powerful as being born again. That same year the Lord led me to attend and graduate from Basic 1 & 2, and later I traveled there for the Prophetic School. At Louise's request I attended a leadership conference for EH Prayer Counselors in Spokane, and was referred to Louise at Mountain Light Ministries. I came alongside her to help during training, sitting in a small group to help guide new students, and interceding. It was a wonderful experience, and Louise looks forward to what God will do as Sheryll furthers her training and internship with MLM.
